I was having this issue past 2 days but Ive been playing last 1.5 hours or so and it appears gone for me. Maybe fixed?

It was working perfectly until the maint last night.

- When does the problem occur: Randomly the whole day, but mostly after 9PM (GMT +1)
having package losses while pinging server...
