Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

I'm playing from italy too and as of today the game has become unplayable, I never had this issue before today maintenance!

this has gotten much worse after today's maintenance..... please stop blaming on ISPs, so many had no issue in early access and open beta, before more server were added.

yuuup lag is back after todays maintenance....

Any acknowledgement of fixing this P2P nonsense or is this thread just a false hope thread?

My free month is ticking away.... and I haven't been able to log in since launch day because of this crap.
Would really like a little more urgency on this rather HUGE problem.

When does this problem occur: All the time (strangely enough ever since the big patch at the beginning of September). I do lag a lot more at peak hours than other times, but I get regularly lag spikes at any given time during the day

It also appears I'm not the only person using this ISP who's having this problem, as someone else with the same ISP already posted before me (post #425, page 43).
