    still having problems with this, Recieving keeps dropping to 0 and everything rubberbands. Im starting to believe it is server side and not our ISPs....

    Occurrence: On and off but often, The issues only started up after last week's server updates. I had no lag whatsoever in beta 4, early access, or week 1 of release.

    This seems to be a running theme. Seeing so many people located in VA with Verizon as their service provider posting in this thread and others complaining of the exact same issues. Myself included.

    Occurance: particularly in any city, fate, or dungeon. Game stutters and lags badly for a minute or two, game will proceed (sluggier and slower than previously) and will probably stutter and lag badly when rejoining populated areas or when FATE mobs spawn.

    Was working perfectly before the update last week. Every phase of beta had nowhere near this kind of lag spike...it's very noticeable.
