When: There's always a bit of lag, but it's more serious during instance dungeons from duty finder.

not sure if it because i am playing on a US server from the EU but i was playing just fine in the first week.
solo play is still ok ish most of the times but dungeons are almost unplayable.

nah it's not because you're on a US based server (or canada in this case), seems alot of dutchies who have kpn as their provider were pretty muched screwed on latency since this week.

Yup, I'm also from the Netherlands and have KPN and it started since this week...

Occurance: Since always, starting from 12pm to 12am. It's impossible to play. I have this problem in almost every MMO I've tried.
