Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Time: Started for me aswell around 4PM GMT +2, and has gotten progressively worse ever since. Now the game is unplayable. I've not had this issue at all before today (30. august)

- Occurance: Started around 18:00-19:00 GMT +1 was fine until then, and now I have between 2-20 sec lag spikes all the time.

- When does the problem occur: Always. 2-20 sec lag spikes all the time. Didn't have this problem yesterday...

When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Started today when I logged in at 20:00. Has been fine up until today.

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Always. People rubberbanding and lag spikes about every 30 seconds to a minute. Plus world server and lobby disconnects on reentry to the game after DC.

I could pretty much copy someone else's reply cause we have the same isp and it was around that time...its horrible to try to do anything today.
