When does this problem occur: It started happening in the evening with huge lag spikes here and there but then i got disconnected and have not been able to connect since, only getting various errors.

Maybe if we Bump all the tens of threads on this forum that reported the same issue for the past 4 days, maybe then do you guys think SE will reply ?

It took them 3-4 days to reply to a 1.8k page thread during beta 4. in 7 months the game should be playable

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Every 40mins or so since patch
May or may not be related to the throtteling but i seems to get disconnected from the game every 40-60min but only in FFXIV ARR as the streaming music and twitch streams im watching are not being interupted as well as mumble during this same period of time.
