Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Seriously this is beyond a joke, but I realise the problem is with BT. It isn't just throttled a little, it's virtually completely dead. It takes anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes just to initiate a dialogue with NPCs. Some kind of update as to how the negitiations would be great though, as BT won't help us as individuals I gather. Apparently the only solution on an individual basis is to recontract to the true unlimited plan, but some of us, myself included, don't have that option because we aren't the account holders.

About every 5 to 20 minutes, I get a large spike in latency as most everyone in the thread has described. Haven't been getting kicked off, though.

Pinging multiple servers at the same time, when the lag spike hits in game, I get time out messages occurring across all the servers at the same time.

I constantly get lag spikes, atleast 1 every minute. Most of them are short about 2-3 seconds but I've been getting 10-15 second ones, expecially while in dungeons or Story Quest events. I'm also getting disconnected via 90000 error quite often (just occured twice in a 30 minute time frame). This started to occur Monday to Tuesday night. It worked like a charm during Beta and early access.
