good to see i am not the only one in Okinawa with this issue.ISP: OCN / NTT / GLBB
Country: Japan, Okinawa
Occurance: Constant lags every 3-7 minutes. Had a couple cases of 9000 error.
This issue started on Sunday, September 1st and has persisted even after maintenance. Prior to this I had 0 issues with lag spikes and disconnects.
I can also report that my friends using the same internet in different parts of the island get the lag spikes at the same exact time as I do. While talking on Skype we all say we start to lag and have 0 receiving, then all our games respond at the same time and the world snaps back as everything loads to where it should be. They too had these issues arise around the 1st.
Obviously something happened on the 1st as many of us seem to have had this annoyance stat around then. Is there any update on whether this issue is being addressed?
This is my biggest concern right now, is that this problem is ongoing for many people (40 pages of responses in this thread alone). The last time any mention of this from a mod/dev/news stand point was 8/29 and 8/30, by Aethingie.
I'm very grateful that the servers seem more stable in the sense that it is easier to log on, but I'm having difficulty staying online for more than 5 minutes at a time. And update or acknowledgement of this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Agreed, Devs/Mods: please make an update on this situation. They don't even respond to tweets regarding this matter. They just don't care.
If they care they'll make a detailed post today with an ETA. Some of us have been waiting for 6 days already. They should be ashamed of themselves for not giving us proper updates.

It's your latest patch, just fix it already, stop trying to pass the blame. Cox Communications said they're not throttling anything. Unless they're lying to my face it's on your end. Fire your technical crew and hire some other people.
ISP: Time Warner
Country: USA (California)
Time of occurrence: Mostly of the day, basically (7am-10pm).
What happens: NPCs load after PCs, takes about up to a minute for quest indicators to pop up, menus are really slow, lots of rubberbanding. Combat is pretty bad - animations load about 10 seconds after I use skills. Sometimes I fall through the world from the lag.
