Pings show frequent packet loss to Adamantoise.

I am pinging every Ip address from my tracert. Once the IP address 192.34.76.2 times out, ARR servers and router drop also.

#17 pings just fine on the front side of the router. Shows no packet loss.
#18 I don't know if this maybe the issue or not as i cant ping it
#19 192.34.76.2 and the ARR servers all go down when this one drops packets. Exact same amount of packets at the exact same times.

This leads me to believe it is one of the 3 IP address that is having the issues.
