Anyone with ps3 is having this problem or it is pc only?

Maybe opening some ports or some trick to improve this issue, sometimes is unplayable and we need something to play well

As posted elsewhere before, we are investigating issues that might be caused by ISPs classifying FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn as P2P software.
To give us a clearer view on how widespread this issue is, it would be much appreciated if everyone who experienced such issues could post the following information as a reply to this thread:- Name of ISPAgain, my apologies for the trouble this is causing and thank you for your cooperation!

Country: United Kingdom (Northern Ireland region branch may differ because of this)
Problem: The issue occurs at EXACTLY 7:00PM until 11:00PM, every-day. Being anywhere outside of an instance causes the throttle to kick in leaving full 2-3 minute delays on returns/sends to the server, where talking to example; Talking to an NPC would take 2-3 minute for the right-click to register, then a further 2-3 for the dialogue, then a further 2-3 to accept. You get the idea.
Attempted fix: I called BT personally to ask about forwarding the ports used for the BETA, which proved unsuccessful as they said they were 'untrained' on dealing with the matter for technical support, so the issue went unresolved.
~If you could get BT to relieve this throttle where it shouldn't exist I'd be very greatfull.
