servers are back up. nice to see nothing has changed with this issue. /sarcasm
not that i expected it...but you bring the servers down for 10 hours...usually a good idea to look into other problems too.

As soon as I log in, I start getting ~5 second lag spikes every 15 seconds or so, inside and outside duties. If I am lucky I stay logged in for 15 minutes. Typically it's less than 10, and I get kicked with a 90000 error. Happenened ever since Emergency Maintenance on Sept 1. Side note - I am using a GTX 670 4gb card, and get frequent driver crashes. Using the latest WHQL drivers, and it seems to mainly happen when I have shadows on. Anyone else have a similar issue/know a workaround?
Had this issue as of Sept 1st (was fine beta 3, beta 4, and EA). Prior to the updates today, the game was unplayable and would lag for 5 seconds or so every 15-30 seconds, and then catch up to where it was. After the updates, it is still doing it, but far less frequently as of this moment.
No other problems to report, and all other internet traffic works just fine, other P2P connections and everything else.

I have been getting lag spikes and 90k error (disconnect), it is still happening after the 10 hour maintenance on September 4th. When in battle it will freeze where I don't see players move, my combos are not in sync, etc. I had even been disconnected while in the inn where there is no traffic to be causing me to disconnect.

Same boat, maintenance has come and gone and still getting the lag spikes almost seemingly at random then getting kicked after about 15-20 minutes of that.

Hopefully we get some sort of update soon, everyone I play with is still going strong and I get to lag around and d/c every 15-20 T_T
I've called Videotron. They assured me they do not throttle the connections. We did trace routes and checks he tech guy says everything looks fine and that the problem is at your end.
Now i'm not tech savvy and he could be BSing me but I'm just throwing it out there.
You guys did something on Sept 2nd, please undo![]()

BT (Infinity) Option 2 - 2012 contract
UK, England
After 6PM every day.
Unable to switch contracts at present so please investigate this issue with them and get it fixed.
Surprised at the BT Infinity ones, I nearly went with them for fibre but got Plus.Net (owned by BT) without all the added stuff I don't want or need, the 76 meg fibre package.
Theoretically it should be the same infrastructure, and my fibre modem is from BT Openreach.
I'm not experienced any throttling or slowdown whatsoever (SE England), so it seems like throttling is one of the value added features for the BT Infinity package? Checked every page and I can't see any reports of anyone on Plus.net getting this so perhaps this might be of use in reporting the issues to BT?
edit:
OK all makes sense now, they want to starve people into signing new contracts. Games companies can't possibly be responsible for notifying every single ISP in the world for every game they make, this is clearly a BT problem (they own the filters, therefore they are responsible for what is and isn't throttled) and they are trying to lie their way out of having to do anything. Good luck to everyone affected.

The issue started the occur since September 2nd for me as well, I think it is on SE side.
Its about contracts. My contract which most of the early Infinity people are on has a throttling clause. BT have since introduced a "Totally Unlimited" option which new customers are on and existing customers can upgrade to (unless like me you have to wait until your contract it up - December for me) The new option removed throttling clauses and so customers on those contracts are no longer subjected traffic throttling.Surprised at the BT Infinity ones, I nearly went with them for fibre but got Plus.Net (owned by BT) without all the added stuff I don't want or need, the 76 meg fibre package.

Also BT have been telling us that it's up to SE to contact them regarding this issue.
