    I use the same ISP and have the same up/down speed, and I have the exact same problem (coincidence not). I have got tips from other Norwegians on the forum and they said that I should give VPN a try, have a direct connection to the servers In Canada. Many people says that this fixed their problem, but I don't recommend this if you don't know about how the VPN works :P (I know, this is a VERY late response)

    - When does the problem occur: Almost always whenever I'm in a dungeon, and occasionally when I'm not. Day, or night, real time, it does not matter.
    - Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them: N/A

    This issue began a bit before the DDoS attack but since then I've been 90k'd left and right(always in dungeons). I'm aware I occasionally lag when there is traffic(due to my family), but I still have the same amount of lag when I'm the only on in.

    I dont know what is happening. I love this game and need help figuring this out.

    - Oceanic Time Warner

    - When does the problem occur - always and the game is unplayable very sadly.
    - I have tried everything I can to fix the issue on my own. Tired of trying at this point with them. Experiencing game breaking lag, especially in instances. Losing lots of data packets and suffering horrible ping times. best I can ever get is 150ms and up. Between trying ping tests and traceroutes, resetting everything, reinstalling game, technician visits... my head is spinning and I would love to relax by playing this increasingly pricey game.
