Guys, it's your ISP... Only solution is to switch to another ISP IF you have the option to. I switched from crappy AT&T and got good ole cable back and its working 100% NO LAG all the time. Its ATT not SE.

- Normally notice it at night between 7pm-12am EST, Also seems to happen mostly in dungeons.

Been having this issue since patch 3.5, people just stop moving and then jump suddenly while I'm in dungeons during the times listed above. Some days tend to be better than the rest. I already had the lines checked and tested by my isp.

time? any time i download something but i seem to get some lag from them between 10 p.m. MST up to 5 a.m. MST
I havn't called them but i'm thinking about doing it tomorrow, or walking into their office because downloading this patch at 0.15 mbs/sec is not excusable.
