- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?) It seems to be quite noticeable at all times of the day, but mainly during Titan (Hard). I've turned off all animation actions but the lag spikes are just unbearable.

How would I know if my lag is due to throttling? Im fairly sure I couldnt get a knowledgable answer from the isp unless I could get escalation to 2nd tier. I often get 1-5 second stoppage during DF's.
