Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Currently being throttled by the same issue have tickets in and no response no answers so far from devs or customer support....

Have the same problem with no luck with support

Worked fine 3 hours ago as I write this, then I had a short nap before logging in the game again. When I did, it was very laggy, no matter where I was. People running for 1-2 seconds, then stops for another 1-2 seconds and teleport to where they would be if they ran all the way. Same with spells. Also if it helps, I checked the Wi-Fi bar at the top right, and most of the time I was sending 0 data and received about 2000.

- Always, but every few minutes or so there will be a horrible lag spike whenever I try to do any actions or battles (can't do dungeons or instances anymore). Started on the 1st or 2nd, and had no problems during beta phase.
