Also, I work at Cable Onda, and we will be looking at it this weekend as I need to be at home playing while someone is monitoring. Cable Onda uses ALLOT for DPI.

Hi Anera,

The ping and traceroute results look fine, there is no network issue I can see that will cause your game to lag. The first 4 hops are within TPG's network and the ping time to Japan is fine. As you have stated previously, other services are not affected.

You may inquire first with the game admin if there is anything on their end they will be able to find to resolve your issue. If required, you may send the ping and traceroute results if it will help.

Also, recently checked a few things, and I got 100/100 packet losses at 192.34.76.2, which is Ormuco.

Time: Sporadic, have noticed over the past week occurs every night at 03:30 AM pacific time.

Game begins having severe start/stop lag, rubber banding, and eventually 90000 errors with difficulty logging back in. Pings to server show dropped packets in Montreal.

Times - Any hour of the day.
Issues : Sometimes I will be fine for hours, however, when I get severe lag and disconnects they happen in succession so frequently that I have been able to alert people when I am going to 90k error. Since Launch I have been receiving intense lag spikes and several disconnect errors. I am connected to the NA Database which is just 1 province away from my own. Would like this issue addressed ASAP.
