When- peak times 7pm - 10pm eastern. Game is unplayable at these times.

during these lag spikes internet works fine (pinging google with a latency from 50 to 100 ms)

Other games seem unaffected, as well as other machines in the house. Still I have been having horrible lag and disconnections for about a week now and I am out of ideas.
