BT - Infinity: p2p is throttled:
Weekdays: 4pm - 12pm
Weekends: 9am - 12pm

Am upgrading to the zero management package as of the 3rd, will repost if nothing changes.

Time : Weekends 5:00pm - no idea because I give up
I have run tracert's during times where I can play and times where I cannot and in all cases the same results come back. No drop pings or high response times to the server yet I cannot login and play because in the event that I get on lag starts immediately and I get disconnected.
Right now I cannot even load the server list.
For me this only seems to happen on Weekends but I can see other BT users having problems in the week also.

- Login failures due to "Server Not Responding" occur anytime after 12pm EST
- Login failures due to "World Full" (Error 1017) occur anytime after 12pm EST
- Login failures due to "Unable to obtain World List" occur randomly throughout the day but are frequently consistent after 12pm EST
- Latency issues including but not limited to: a.) Unable to utilize Duty Finder. b.) Unable to initiate Main Story Instances c.) NPC's and PC's take longer to render on screen; due to High Peak Time occur randomly anytime after 12pm EST

though come to think of it, i might be mistaken as to what error is the cause of it being precieved as a isp/p2p error
i am getting the 10102/1017 error all day today, even after getting in a que and being kicked out it. if this is not why you are asking this information i apologies for the misunderstanding.
