When does the problem occur - Every evening between the hours of 7pm - 11pm it always returns to normal at 11pm. Some days it does not start happening until 9 or 10pm but I believe this may be because BT will only throttle when the service is busy, and some days are more busy than others.


I have tested, and confirmed using multiple pc's and on 2 separate BT phone lines, and can confirm the issue can be "fixed" by using VPN so I think this proves that throttling is causing this issue.
