The JP servers are alright. I just logged there to play a bit and had not a single freeze or skill delay. The issue is with the crappy servers from the NA/EU side. I'm quite sure is the datacenter they're using. Which means we're not getting a decent fix anytime soon...

I have noticed that this problem is most prolific with an increase with the number of people on the server and especially bad around warp points and teleportation usage.

Did anyone think to beef up the servers or put in more for the game's introduction? The hype was pretty crazy and it should have been understood they needed to prepare for a high number of players.

I hate to say this, but take an example from Blizzard. They don't have this problem at all; and when they introduced WoW vanilla and had this problem, it was solved in days, not weeks, and they did not have to suspend the sale of their product.

When is this going to be fixed?

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?); Usually all the time, in instances and outside. At times I'll get 15-30 minutes of lag-free gameplay but then it starts all over again.
- Reference number from your ISP, if you raised this matter with them; I have talked to them about it, and yes they are throttling FF14: ARR they did not give me a reference number.

When does it occur: Nearly all the time ever since the last server maintenance. I get 3-10 second skill delays, npcs not showing up (Making leves and more impossible), menu delay and everything. I am NORMALLY ok in instances (Today I did stone Vigil and took Three dragon aoes to the face since they didn't show in a lag spike ._.). Restarting my moded fixes the issue sometimes, but normally I just have to wait it out or deal with the lag.

This doesn't make Coerthus Highlands any easier on top of the normal lag from the high amount of players there, and I may not be able to keep playing at all if the issue isn't fixed.

When does it occur: Increasing in frequency and duration ever since the server work on 19/09/2013, started as every 30-40 minutes on friday, now every 3-5 minutes or on every dungeon boss fight 10-20 seconds of lag or complete disconnect
