I know I've already posted but in attempts to help I actually got my reference number from my ISP so again..

My game ran fine up until about a week ago. Now I get constant spikes of lag. The problem is consistent but how bad it is is very sporadic. It 'seems' to worsen during peak hours though.
I've spoken with the company a number of times and had a technician out to make sure it wasn't on my end. Everything comes up fine.

Always
The problem varies in intensity throughout the day but in seemingly random patterns. It has occurred since release, but more severely after each maintenance, especially the most recent two. And possibly related, the Titan (Hard Mode) instance seems to suffer from such issues even if the rest of the game - including other instances - does not.
Do you have a "clearer view on how widespread the issue is" yet? 3 weeks without a response is pretty poor customer service. Especially considering I've put in "tickets" a week ago that claim SE will respond within 24-48 hours.Hi all,

This is the thing that really grinds my gears. 3 FULL WEEKS NOW, and we just get a sticky. NO RESPONSE at all. I literally can not progress any further (I'm at Titan HM) because I can't play with this lag.

Intermittent with increasing frequency.
Had no issues until today.
