    I would definitely call them if you can. E-mail and electronic messages are very unreliable in these types of cases. This is a very serious issue. Not sure where to find their phone number though good luck.

    I have found one website with a number claiming to be Square-Enix support. http://www.contacthelp.com/directory...ListingID=4425 I cannot find the official information from their actual site which is ludicrous this sort of information should be blatantly obvious. I will let you know if I find an official page with this information.

    Maybe you could try getting a refund and then buy the game again. I am not sure but if you can do this it seems like it would be faster than trying to get SE to fix the problem.
