Action Bar Shortcuts Not Working On PlayStation 3.

Steps:
1. I insert a USB keyboard The PlayStation 3
2. I insert a USB mouse into the PlayStation 3
3. I go into Character Settings and disable direct chat
4.Press 1-= which are labeled as Action Bar Shortcuts Via this manual on PlayStation 3 controls
5.Nothing happens
6. I put Heavy Shot into every slot on all of the cross hotbars from 1 to 8
7. Repeated step 4 and nothing happened.
8. Went to keybinds
9. Controller to keyboard
10. Mapped R2 to Q
11. Mapped Triangle to 1
12. Switched controller type to Toggle
13. Pressed Q which activated the R2 cross hotbar
14. Pressed Triangle I then began to cast my spell and jump at the same time
15. I then repeated setps 8 and 9
16. Mapped Square to 2
17. Pressed Square to have my spell cast and my map open at the same time.

That is NOT the model number of a PlayStation 3. Look again, on the back or bottom. Also you DO have a modem of some sort. And it DOES have a model/serial number and manufacturer.
