Cannot log into game

So I see there is a lot of people that cant log in, you need to go to some mogstation and enter a 20 digit code. I ordered my digital copy from GameStop a couple months ago and played through early access. I never got another e-mail with a new code to enter into the mogstation whats up with that? I checked my spam folder its not there. I cant believe they made things this f***** up that you have to fly through spinning wheels on fire to get everything in working order. Why the f*** did I just pay for a game I cannot play because they failed so hard. There is way too many websites you have to go to to enter code after code after code who in their goddamn minds thought this would be a good way to get people to get into the game. SE get your shit together your game may be awesome but your customer support is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. You make enough money to hire on more help so do it damnit I dont want to wait a week or two to get this figured out.

did u atleast remember to get the actual game from Gamestop since if u havent got the proper code from then u need to contact gamestop where u got it? cause the 20 digit code which u are saying u used is the early access code by what it sounds like

Alright Im an idiot lol need to get the copy from gamestop. For some reason I thought the code i entered was the only thing i needed oh well. Thanks for the quick reply.
