ok last night after helping my friend with ToTo-Rak the thousand maws I was once again kicked from the game no error given try to log back in and I been getting 1017'd again. made a Ticket reported the problem waited try to log back in a few more times no success.
8hrs later
Wake up figure for blank and giggles I would try to log in once and now its asking for a registration code so I tried my original early access code and poof says its been used...
ok tried to find a new one none given wrote a ticket to just to find out that my old tickets have been squashed with no response or issue resolution. current ticket is asking for a new code yet no response to the problem or the launcher no acknowledgement to the problem no announcement of the problem no plans to resolve the issues. then I dig a little deeper and it starts asking me to activate my game and game code and pay for the free month that I was told I would have.
Where to begin this rant I think its right at the bottom
WHERE DO YOU SQAURE ENIX GET OFF ASKING FOR A EARLY ACCESS AND OPEN BETA PLAYER FOR A CREDIT CARD FOR A PREORDERD VERSION OF THE GAME WHICH INCLUDES 1 MONTH FREE REGARDLESS OF PREORDER OR NOT.
Secondly the registration code you asked for DOSENT EXIST ON DIGITAL DOWNLOAD VERISIONS you ask for the registration code found in the package WHAT DAMN PACKAGE?
then back to the me getting booted for no reason and then unable to log back in I KNOW UR EXPANDING COMPACITY OF THE GAME BUT THIS IS ABSURD BEEN DEALING WITH THE SAME PROBLEMS SIENCE OPEN BETA AND BEFORE
Thirdly WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO SQAUSH MINE LET ALONE MOST LIKLY MILLIONS OF TICKETS ON A WHIM. You owe it to these clients to expand resources within your company. In my honest opinion we as clients have more then understanding willing to wait and stick with the game. Even though the first release and now the second those who willing to rant like me still are going to be staying and that's most likely a good 80% of the people. This is unacceptable in any and all terms of user end agreement on your end I leased a game to play. With the user end agreements its impossible for a client or patron to own his or her own copy out right. However under the end user agreement you as Sqaure enix the distributor and creator of said product are obligated by your own agreement are required to provide a certain level of transparency and response to issues effecting even just a handful of people having problems. All we have gotten to date is sorry of inconvenience were having problems with the network having problems with the capacity sizes. Nothing to the tune of what is being done or even today no acknowledgement of the registration code error that more and more people are facing. When is it that a game series is this large this addicting can say well we are working on it we will respond to you once the issues is resolved...
