After waiting in the "Q" behind 186 other people, it took over an hour and a half to get down to number 2 and suddenly my chat status goes from " Searching for an available agent" to "No agent is available" chat canceled. If you don't have anyone on live assistance then make it unavailable on your website. If you have employee's who are cancelling peoples live assistance request for help because they don't want to help then those employee's should be fired.
