Uh, no. Letting a rude player suffer the consequences of their actions is wholly appropriate. ShadowEdge is an awesome person for reminding players in a very visceral way not to be self entitled jerks.

As to the original poster, when healing in Duty Finder dungeons I just use the auto translate function and don't talk unless tactics require it. And yes, get a good free company of cheerful friends to help with high end stuff.
