Mostly wait a month or two, most of people like that will jump on the next MMO release and you'll get rid of them. You always find some asshole that think to be a godsend, try to do your job the best you can, for the rest, forget about assholes.
Next time emote to give him a "PCMG" Medal, if he asks what it means then explain it is for "Please Call Me God".

So far I only had the opposite reactions (e.g.: Good job healer!).

I guess I'm just amazing.
