I've encountered some rude people in duty finder, but also some great ones. Comes with the territory, just move on.

Summary: regardless of class, people can be jerks, crybabies or idiots. That's the risk with duty finder. We all have to deal with it. If you don't want to take that chance, join a Free Company.![]()

Dunno either, you can't trade the unique drops, though Ive had cases where people were able to roll need on items that they should not have any bussiness rolling for, regardless of if you have an sub class that uses it makes no difference, you roll for what your currently playing, Its a great way to get yourself blacklisted otherwise. You have sub classes that can use the armor? great, run the dungeon again with your sub class, Ive seen people roll on gear that is worse then what they have currently, IE tanks rolling on scale armor which is specifically what Dragoon uses, for an effective tank you want PLATE not scale for your armor....high def and all that.
Talking about blacklisting the people galaxygirl encountered when you have not parties with them seems very narrow minded IMO. For a start you're taking her word that it happened exactly as she said it did. But it did not happen to you and you don't know the people so why blacklist them and start a thread of everyone that should be blacklisted. Every butthurt player will come In adding names of people that they think everyone should blacklist over the silliest of reasons if any reason at all.
Yep, the same one that would make bash threads one day, then white knight threads the next. You pretty much have to unless you join a LS/FC with people capable of doing every content - By the way, if you're the same Galaxygirl from beta forums you were quite rude to a lot of people to the point you got banned for it - you're not exactly a saint yourself but people are indeed quite rude.
I had a bad experience on my second duty finder run. I am new and played a tank. I didn't know how to mark monsters at the time and was trying my best to hold hate. Some guy kept yelling at me through the whole run telling me I suck. Instead of yelling at me, I wish the guy would have given me some helpful tips.
I decided I couldn't take that crap anymore and just left the dungeon. I too thought I was done with duty finder after that bad run. I learned that you just have to brush yourself off when stuff like this happens and press on. I took a break from duty finder and when I did my next run everything went so smoothly. So I suggest to just take a break from it and maybe level a craft or something, then give it another shot.![]()

The problem is that the game calls you out if you are bad. It is really obvious when someone is doing something wrong late game and in groups with 2 healers, if the good one leaves you will know it immediately.

Unfortunately there are people for everything, The worst kind are the ones who complain all the time from the start to the end of an instance and then you have those who refuse to have respect for one little mistake you make. Life will not go away just for a little miss,
Then there are also those who are not taking in any tactics o just get stuck you ask them nicely to listen to tactics that might help.
I have many on blacklist but I learn never to see them again, which is good.
Just keep playing your gamedo not care if they do not let them ruin it for you to have fun anyway. Because that is what the game is all about that many people forget.
This is NOT game specific. Random grouping on any game has people like that. It's the internet and the MMO culture at large. Anonymity and lack of recourse breeds those idiots. Best to not make threads and give them the time of day.

Whoa... I can't believe some of the rude responses people are giving... that's what the forums are for and she already said that she was kinda "new" to the game and wanted to hear the opinion of other people. (I'm impressed that you reached lvl 50 in less than a week of the game release though. o_O)
The only advise I could give you is to join a Free Company or Link Shell and do that kind of content with them. There are really good people out there, you just got the bad luck of meeting some DBs.![]()
