These forums becoming unbearable?

Mods do their jobs, but I feel they are holding back too much, I know the community is sensitive but by allowing the forums to become a warzone you create an atmosphere where people with valuable opinions or ideas are afraid to post them in fear of getting flamed.

Mods have erased like four of my threads and suspended my account just as often. I think mods are quite active, myself.
