asking me to register my product, AGAIN?

I prepurchased and registered my digital copy of FFXIV before early access began. I have since moved my PC to a different location, and now, from what I'm assuming is due to the change in IP address, it's asking me to register ANOTHER copy of FFXIV. Take note, it won't accept my original registration code as it's already been used and tied to my account.

Every time I start the launcher, it doesn't give me the option to log in, it forces me into registration.

what you registered was the preorder code which only included the early access and bonus items, you now have to registers the 20 character product key that is on the back on the booklet if you bought the box version or comes in the email sent to you if you bought from online. If you bought from square enix then go to the link below to get your product code again
