Where did you buy the game from? The code you used before was for Early Access, but now the game time associated with that is officially over so now you have to register the actual game.
If you bought it digitally from SquareEnix, your code is likely in your spam folder, and they sent it out on the 27th

So, yes a bought it digitally from SquareEnix shop, and no, there is no email in my spam folder![]()
I would look very carefully in your email for anything from square pertaining to your purchase and for a product key for the standard/collectors edition of the game (whichever you bought) and if you absolutely cannot find it, I would contact SQEX to have them resend it. If it helps, the e-mail I got ended up in my spam folder, under the sender name of 'webhelp.v4' with the subject as 'Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available'

if you can't find your product key and purchased from Square enix online go to the link below

Thank you, can you give me the e mail adress to re-ask the activation code? thx very much man![]()
Yeah the sender name webhelp.v4 is going to make many folks delete that email possibly because it sounds like spam, they really should have had the from field on their automated messages be more professional.
