Are there any plans to change the leveling environments to something more diverse?

What I mean is that currently, all the content, especially the guildleves, are centered around the city-states and their surrounding environments. This is fine for the first 10-20 levels, but I feel that we should be encouraged to go to the different regions instead of staying near the city-state for the whole leveling process.

It would be really nice to get an official response regarding this and what are your plans to use Ishgard and the Beastmen regions (O'ghomoro etc.) for example to make the leveling process more diverse in the future, and how you will adjust the existing guildleves designed for ranks 30 through 40 if you plan to make us travel around the world more in the coming months. If not, why?

I'm pretty sure zone re-structuring has been discussed and is possibly planned, as far as anything official I have no links or anything to point in that direction, only something recollected from memroy.
