Square launcher asking me to register the game? Already did?

I entered my code again but of course it has already been registered. I went to my account on Squares page and it says Inactive. I entered a cc but it still says inactive. I don't know if these two issues are separate or together. My launcher doesn't even allow me to log in.

Right when I launch the launcher It says - Are you a new account or do you have an existing account. Existing account takes me to a screen that asks to register my 20 digit code. WHen I enter it it says the code is already registered!

It did not work for me, I got

"The entered code has already been registered"

I tried it a few different times, from two different registration pages.

This game has been nothing but a pain in the ass from day one.

Yeah i have the same problem man and i'm sure we're not alone. I've been playing mmo's for awhile now and this is starting to be a pain :/

Your pre-order Early Access registration wore off. Did you take the steps to register the actual game product key or just the EA codes?

if you bought the box version you have to enter the code on the back of the game booklet, if you bought it online you need the key that was sent to you either august 27th or after. If you bought online from square enix simply go to the link below to retrieve your code again

If you bought from Amazon, open up your order and look for "Show product key" button. That's what I did this morning and it was fine. The product key and pre-order key are different.
