    Subscription Time

So I just set up my subscription for 180 days, and was wondering when I would get the veteran rewards for doing so. It currently says "you have no veteran rewards".

Also I noticed it says "next estimated date of billing is September 10, 2013".... Do we not get 30 days free anymore?

From everything I have been able to read and extrapolate from the whole system, when you are first charged for the service is when you will get your reward. It will then give you the reward based on whatever service you have been charged for. So if you want the 90 day reward upfront and the 180 as SOON as it is released (if released before 180 days) then you picked the best option... you will just have to wait.

Sounds to me, like you have the free 14 days or whatever it was from being a V1.0 player. Is this the case? If you paid for a full product, for whatever reason, then you should still be able to get the free 30 days, just make sure you get it added to your account.

to expand on that: You need to add the game (that has the free 30 days attached to it) to your account from the square-enix.com main website. You must then go over to the Mog Station to add in the game serial key. These two actions will properly link the paid for game to your account and give you the 30 days. Hope this helps!

I tried doing this to get my serial key, but when I pressed on "code checker" it only gave me the code for my early access.... I don't know what my actual game serial key is.

I still don't understand why my next billing cycle is September 10th.... and I never got an email telling me what my games serial code was, only one for early access.

You should have received in in an email. The code checker is only telling you the code you ALREADY provided to SE. If you ordered it through SE, go to findmyorder.com and provide them your email address and last 5 digits of your credit card. It will give you two codes on your order, the "unlock key" and the "serial key". You will provide SE's main page with the unlock key and the mog station with the serial key. This will register the appropriate game with your account and then subsequently unlock the free 30 days.

I still am not sure where the Sept 10 thing is coming from, unless again, you are a prior version 1.0 player. Those people all got 12 free days of gameplay without needing to buy or pay for anything else. They also didn't have to rebuy the game itself for 40$ or whatever. They would just have to resub to the game with their credit card after their free time is up.

This also must be the case for me, since I am still able to log in and play as I type.... so I guess I purchased the game without knowing I didn't have to?

Okay I am literally mind fucked right now... I don't know about being a 1.0 player because I never played 1.0, yes I applied to beta test back in 2010 but I don't remember ever getting a beta invite. HOWEVER I did the "findmyorder" step and its telling me that my product is a boxed shipment. I know 100% that I purchased the digital download from the square enix online store so I am seriously confused. It's even giving me a shipment tracker, and it says the estimated delivery date is September 3rd. ??!?!!

Version 1.0 means BEFORE the re-launch. Basically did you buy and play the game back when the game was released in 2011? If so, then you have 12 free days and did not need to buy the game again. But hey, you should still be able to add the code to the account and get the free 30 days! I mean, that is the most expensive 30 day time card you could have purchased, but at least it is something. You might also, if you haven't used the codes yet, be able to return it and get your money back. Maybe you should contact support and see if they can assist you?

That's the thing that's really got me confused, I never bought and played the game before... so I have no idea where I would be getting the 12 free days from, but it clearly says my next billing cycle starts September 10th... also I am logged in to the game without ever putting in a serial code, other then the one I got for early access. ALSO I don't know how I got a boxed version of the game when I know I bought the digital download.... but hey I can play, so I guess I can't complain to much... and if I don't end up needing the serial code after all, I can just use it to get my wife into playing.
