Well, I would like to comment that, the delay on fixing this problem on time, is causing problems to those who have a measly 15 days of free play period, to really get into the game, and to test it out to see if it's really up to our expectations before we decide whether to go for a long term subscription.

For the past 2-3 days since it's gone LIVE, I'm not even MOTIVATED to log in as I'll be constantly pressing on redundant Start > Login with char > 1017.....

I know Producer have apologized on the problem, and it's known, and it's also on the way of being addressed.

But what I'm really looking forward to is our 15 days, isn't a full 15 days. If you're looking at solving the problem only next week on the additional resource, we're short changed of 1 week's time.
And I'm sure a lot of version 1.0 players are also feeling the same, so I ask of you, since there is a KNOWN PROBLEM, causing a downtime, penalizing the user's play time (or even to login at all, since my windows of availability is simply that few hours of the Japan peak time), how would you compensate this ?
