Either in-game settings don't detect 765M or FFXIV doesn't use it at all.

You are most likely running on the nVidia GPU already. If it was only using the Intel GPU, you'd never see that "high" FPS numbers.

nVidia Optimus is a sort of special case.

If you want to be certain, search the forums for Optimus and see how to force run on the nVidia GPU.
