    Do i have to buy the game again?

    Here is the issue i'm running into.

    I was playing fine up until last night, then i go to log in this morning, says i need to register my account and put in my 20 digit code for the game, so I went to my code i used to get into the game initially, and says the code has already been used... I did receive another code about a week and a half ago, and whenever i try to put it in, it says :

    "The code's region is inapplicable.
    You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account. "

    Whet do i do? Do i have to buy the game again, do I wait, or should I try and call their support line (do they even have one)?

    If you are PS3, the registration code is not the 20 digit code on the card. Its the 16 digit code on back of the manual. Enter it in Account Management on your PSN account.

    A lot of people have been trading codes since i don't think SE can do anything about this. They won't change regions and they won't transfer data to a new account i found out so yeaa :x

    it seem like the account you playing region is different from the code you got which mean you are screw. Some people was given wrong region code and some people bought wrong. so it depend which one you belong to. If you are given wrong region, then you can try to get the right one from whoever you got it from. If not all you can do is pray they change it for you or buy a new one.

    Problem

    - Ordered from the SE store, digital PC version (a while ago)
    - Entered early access code (during last phase of Beta)
    - Played during Early Access until yesterday (Aug 29, 2013)
    - Status is "Inactive" on Mog Stations and the game prompts me to enter a registration code today (Aug 30, 2013)
    - It seems that I have not received a registration code by email

    Solution

    Option 1
    1) Look in your spam folder in the email that you used to pre-order (it may be different from your account email)
    - Subject: Square-Enix, Inc. - Product Now Available (Order #...)
    - From: webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com
    2) Enter "Digital Rights" code, which is included in the email, when the game client promts you to do so
    3) Click Next, then Play

    Option 2 (Worked for me)
    1) Go to store.na.square-enix.com/orders
    2) Enter email and partial credit card information
    3) You'll see the same information that your email has in Option 1
    4) Proceed starting from Step 2 in Option 1

    Have fun, if you can :P

    Yeah its really stupid. The only reason i got to play till now was because i traded an early access code with someone. Have to do that again or i can't get in :x. Unless they give me the option to buy an EU code or something which ide have to wait 2 weeks for if possible.
