    Was 60sec quickness buff part of 1.17 update ?

    1.17 update increased time needed (cooldown) to use buff for quickness by gatherers back to orignal minute from 30 sec. Was this part of 1.17 ? Then add chocobos please.

    It didn't...i used it yesterday and was 30 sec cooldown. Gonna double check it but maybe its the tier of the skill...all i use are IV or V.

    They changed it in the patch before this but it definitely wasn't this patch.30 second cooldown for 30 second quick.
