if you used your debit card to make the purchase, walk into a branch and tell a rep you want to dispute the double charge. they may temporarily reverse the charge for you. then perhaps ask you to submit documents. but your bank will work with the merchant (ie SE) to get the double charge issue resolve. or calling your bank's customer service line. but walking into a branch, a rep will usually credit you immediately. so you don't have to wait, see nothing and have to call again.

if you use a credit card for the purchase, straight up and dispute the charge as a double charge mistake by the merchant, not you. your credit card company may/may not ask you to submit documents as proof that one copy of the product you bought was sent by the merchant, not two. if it's bank of america, they will. chase on the other hand doesn't. then its your credit card company against SE.
