
Nope. Still double charged.umm just a fyi your not double charged.. Alot of companies put a hold on the funds as a pre auth to make sure the money is there before actually charging you for the product.. One will fall off the other will stay as the actual charge its not uncommon gas stations are notorious for this.

24 Hours later and still no refunds or response from square enix.
I just noticed this as well, how does one go about getting this fixed? going into there bank and asking them to look into it, or do we have to enjoy the non human interaction with SE's support center?
Digital river double charged me for the Standard Edition of 29.99 then SE double charged me 19.99 for the Digital Upgrade to CE..
Had to call my bank since I was overdrawn by 3 bucks and a 32 dollar overdraft fee was added.. Bank cleared it up and said it's a duplicate charge from both of them.. They are in the process of declining the 2 pending but my account is in the red till 9/4 thanks to SE and DR...

Yeah I'm also at about a whole day and half worths of waiting on this and still havent heard squat back from either Square Enix or Digital River
I was also double-charged for $29.99 USD, CIBC in Canada
First one on August 22 (which I think is around the time I pre-ordered the game), and again on September 3
Has anyone had this resolved yet? I put in a support ticket ...
I use CIBC bank of Canada as well - I bought my game on Aug 16th and on Aug 30th was charged again.I called Digital river on sunday aug 31 was told it would be refunded in 48 hours.Called back today as I haven't gotten it...the chick couldn't find my second charge and said the first one was a "hold" to make sure I had the funds and I have to fax in my bank statement to prove they charged me on Aug 30th. I am calling my bank back when their dispute dept is open.![]()

This is why I hate Digital River. Every purchase I have ever made using their "service" has resulted in a double-charge. The reason this happens is because they request a hold on the funds for verification, and then make a separate request for the actual funds. They rely on your bank to expire the original hold, which can take up to a month for some banks. They have followed this procedure for years....
I've now had a ticket in for 8 days with 0 response ... how can this be resolved ?!
