Unable to Update Group NA/EU Character List

I login to see "Unable to Update Group NA/EU Character List". I cannot see any of the NA/EU servers including my character, I have restarted the client aswell as my computer. My connection seems to be fine and nothing is blocking/firewall the game client. Is this issue already known or is it just me?

Yeah, just got dc'd while porting, tried to log back in and got error 3102... Tried logging in again, now getting "unable to update group" blahblah... My toons is on a JP server but still cant log in, keeps saying there was a connection error with the lobby. First time i ever had trouble logging in at all on a JP server :/.

So, I WAS getting this error: "Unable to Update Group NA/EU Character List" - but now it seems to have morphed into a whole new beast... Now, after entering my creds and selecting 'Play', it immediately gives me a '1017: World is full' error - no ability to choose my world/character.

This is fun - it's like they bundled a mystery solving game with FFXIV!

That's alright, I've gotten to play for hours an hour over the past 6 days

If I manage to select Start Game, I get this error. If not, I get a lobby error 2002.

Then I get booted to the login screen. Nothing loads on the login screen and I have to reset my PS3 to be able to use anything.

Now I can't get the JP list (which delays character appearance and slows login monkey time) ... and I'm getting 1017 .... at THIS time of the morning? That's new.
