Twice, once on a lvl 40 to 45 WHM duty quest as I activated the item and loaded the duty and 2nd loading the duty for the lvl 50WHM quest Heart of the Forest as it was loading up I got 90000. quit the game and logged logged back in, message saying NA/EU worlds not available then 3012 my character still logged in and try later. This was like that for about 20 mins on each before allowing me back in.
Now I got another 90000 and getting error 1017 world full before I get to character select.
