Unable to log in for awhile now

hey guys well ive just ran into the same issue you guys have aswell, open the client on PC and noticed to start with the client opens alot slower then usual, i login and the play button takes forever sometimes to appear to be able to click.

Once i get onto the game i find sometimes not always the "start" being greyed out on the list and i cant even click it, but when i do get the chance to click it it takes me to a blank character select screen which or it says it cant update NA/EU.

ive even on this last try got a 1017 error the server is fully message before ive even picked a character and a world.

i hope they finally get this stuff sorted i mean im a V 1.0 player and only get 15 free days to play not even the 30 so im using most of those not even being able to log in half the time.

Also btw i registed my 20 digit code when redeeming my pre order code not with the actual code that came with my physical game as i already had my service account active so idk if that changes anything at all.
