Unable to obtain world list (JP)

We've seen it quite often for the NA/EU world list. This is the first time I've seen it the other way around, where the NA/EU world list is loading and the JP list is not.

I've been having this problem on & off over the last hour & when I can get on my server is full. I wish they had a queueing system so we didn't have to try logging on all the time.

Was getting this this morning. Now i get that my jp sever is full. Switch to JP from NA so I could play, now can't play on both on PC version. PSN version wont update lol amazing how broken this is. Hope this gets fixed.

Im at home sick from work, figured I'd finally get DRG unlocked. Bam 1017. Now list won't update. I think its still loaded with JP players, I think around 11am or 12 east time it'll start to clear up when JP players start going to bed.

Funny, the only worlds that load for me right now are JP, but not NA/EU

yeah i cannot see the na/eu world list but i can see the jp one.

happened last 2 nights at exact same time, server full, server kicks out a few hundred ppl.. then the JP list won't load, then we all get back in 20 mins later.... typical congestion / overpop issue.
