So when i recived my PC CE (EU) Physical version, I registered it on the Mogstation.
Where all happy untill I noticed that it registered as a Standard edition instead.
Add bonus button doesn't work as the only unused code I have is now in a 6-3-6-3 format. (This code is also Invalid on the Square enix Member site)

Mailed SE support on the day 27th, not a single answere from them, not even an "We are investigating it" I know they have ALOT to do atm with all the issues with codes, account and servers, but a little service would be freaking awesome.

Anyone else with a problem like this?
Should I call them directly? I live in Sweden so I don't think they have a office here.
Chat support is also nonexistant. Not even an option on the EU support site.

All I really want is a We are looking into it. That would make me feel less annoyed.
