All voice acting for all languages for me sounds like they are in a cathedral and about 200 feet away. I disable all sound but voice and crank it up and i Faintly hear them speak.
*I have adjusted the "Listening Position" slider in every iteration, no help.
*I opened the FFXIV.cfg file and changed CutsceneMovieVoice found on line 97 from a 0 to a 100 and every iteration between, no fix.
*I changed the 4294967295 value to a 1 on lines 98 and 99 for CutsceneMovieCaption and CutsceneMovieOpening in the above mentioned cfg file, no fix.
*I have toggled all the audio options for dolby, no fix.
*I have the latest drivers for my sound in my PC.
Again, I HEAR the voices, its just sounding like i have swimmer's ear or im way too far away. I am willing to try anything besides a re-install & a re-format.
Any Sugestions?
PS: Its always been like this.
