How should they implement Chocobos?

Like mounts in every other game. Summonable everywhere at no cost. Speed capped by rank. First at rank 10. Nearly max speed at rank 40. Max speed at rank 50.

Raising mini-game gimmick could be added later. Way later. After, you know, we have real content.

By the Twelve no. So tired of cleverly disguised speed buffs being passed off as mounts. Give us an actual mount system with substance please.

I dunno why people cry so much about chocobos, seriously, until SE put real content in coerthas and mor dhona i dont see any use for chocs. Those teleports are more than enough for now, not to mention cities cost half anima regen is faster and 3 favored camps to chose. So many lazy people out there. =/

I can't speak for others, but for me it's less to do with transportation and more to do with they are cute.

I hope they have red chocobos.

Because... Getting on a chocobo and riding to where you want to be... is lazier than just teleporting? I miss something here?

What i meant by lazy is teleport + chocobos, mostly with people asking to be able to summon them anywhere on the map.
