How should they implement Chocobos?

I want option as mage to teleport (maybe time mage spells, just another reason to level something else)
And chocobos as battle mounts only, possibly for racing, training, upgrading, leveling it so its Pimp & ready for battle.
Also id like to name the damn thing.... something like... maybe Bob!

Mounts... guess it would cool, but after collection tons of them in WoW before i quit... urrr...
i dont like hearing the word mount anymore, unless i get to choose from Chocobo, Coblyn or a Dodo mount.
(wich i'd prolly pick a Coblyn ofc, cuz they the shitz!)

Final idea, if ever implemented... give Beastmaster the option to charm,
train & option to sell charmed mobs as Mounts.

Not all mobs thou... dont wanna ride a cactuar...that would be such a pain in the...
