Can I use my PS3 account and character on PC version??

I have the game on PS3 and have my character at level 25. However I was thinking about buying it on PC. Will I be able to use my account on my PS3 on my PC game or do I have to create a new account for the PC??

as long as you register both versions of the game to the same account, then yes, you can cross play a character.

Basically you would log into your account that you use for ps3 at the mogstation and click "add windows service"

Yes. However, you need to buy a PC copy and register it to the same SE service account (not create a new one).

Currently doing exactly that myself. Only snag is the quick bars and such don't carry over so you need to reorganise all the equipment sets and such.
